Does anyone read my documents?
No, and nobody could. The only address it can reach is your own machine. There is no computer somewhere else that gets your files, and no copy kept online. What you file stays on your disk.
What if it files something in the wrong place?
One click puts it back. The file gets its first name and its first place again. Trievo never deletes anything: when it hesitates, it leaves the file alone instead of guessing.
Do I need the internet?
No. Not to install it once the file is downloaded, not to unlock it, not to use it. It all comes with it.
How many computers can I put it on?
On all of yours, or on your company’s. The code is not meant to be passed on to other people.
Can I change my mind after buying?
Yes. You have 14 days to ask for your money back, with no reason to give. An e-mail is enough.
